The Situation

This garden bed at Sierra Grand had an existing tropical planting scheme that had become tired and no longer suited the presentation of the surrounding space.

The Body Corporate wanted to completely refresh the area with a cleaner, more modern design that complemented the building’s architecture while creating a low-maintenance garden with strong visual impact.

What We Did

Hepburn Property Maintenance managed the transformation from start to finish.

We removed the existing plants and cleared the garden bed before preparing the area for the new landscape. The existing soil was improved and the garden was replanted with a carefully selected combination of architectural cacti, agaves and feature plants.

Each plant was positioned around the existing structures to create balance and separation throughout the garden while maintaining the clean, minimalist design. The garden was then finished with decorative gravel, creating a sharp contrast against the dark feature wall and providing a clean, low-maintenance finish. All plants and materials were sourced and supplied by our team, with all green waste removed and the area cleaned upon completion.
